Roles and Responsibilities

Upholding governance in Government procurement while ensuring quality project delivery and alignment with agency objectives and outcomes.

1. Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines (e.g. IM8, GeBIZ requirements)

2. Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare, review and maintain procurement documents such as Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Approval of Requirement (AOR) and evaluation reports.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to relevant stakeholders and management

3. Any other procurement-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO)

  • Min. 4 years’ experience in managing the full life-cycle of a procurement project, including procurement planning, sourcing and evaluation;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and minute taking;
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks to closure;
  • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, and prioritise effectively to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and internal stakeholders; and
  • Preferably familiar with Government procurement framework and guidelines

This is a 3- year Contract Position
