Job Summary
Lead and manage restaurant operations to drive business performance, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction while achieving sales and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant operations and monitor business performance to meet strategic goals
- Develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth and profitability
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and optimize inventory to improve financial outcomes
- Lead, coach, and develop management and restaurant teams to enhance performance and engagement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore regulatory requirements, including SFA regulations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners to support business growth
- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior management for informed decision-making
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 3 years in a management role
- Experience managing Japanese cuisine or Japanese restaurant operations
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
