Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste
  • Support inventory management and food cost control
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

Requirements

  • Experience in Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi, and hot kitchen)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and cost control
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
