Responsibilities

As Administrative Executive, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of ENGIE facilities team.

  • Source quotes, raise purchase acquisitions, ensure good follow up and proper record keeping
  • Perform full administrative support to the department
  • Perform leave application and OT submission
  • Support the preparation of monthly BCT claims, including renaming, organising, reviewing, and consolidating service reports and supporting documents to ensure timely and accurate submission.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma holder in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in administrative duties
  • Ability to communicate well in English and good telephone etiquette are essential
  • Computer skills in MS Office
  • Good organisational and communication skills
