The Role

Join Luminicell as an Intern and gain hands-on experience developing advanced fluorescence technologies that power the next generation of bioimaging tools for life science research and diagnostics. Our high-performance materials enable scientists to gain deeper insights into biology and disease, helping to advance discovery and improve healthcare outcomes. You will:

• Conduct market research and literature review to evaluate business opportunities, competitive landscape and technology evaluation pathways.
• Conduct routine QA/QC on products with good documentation practices.
• Assist in sample preparation and experimental planning for laboratory activities.
• Participate in biochemical screening assays, protocol optimization, and benchmarking experiments of selected candidate materials under evaluation.
• Support in business development, prepare technical marketing materials to support communications, content creation, and product demonstrations.

Requirement

• Degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related discipline, with strong scientific rigor and accurate documentation of lab work and literature findings.
• Skilled in literature research, stakeholder engagement, biochemical assays, data analysis, and scientific reporting.
• Experience in drug development research, fluorescence microscopy, and cell culture techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of extracellular vesicles, exosomes, biochemical assays, and immunoassays is a plus.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving startup environment.
