About the Role
Lambda Computing Solutions (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a professional, friendly and customer-focused Receptionist cum Admin Assistant to support the daily front desk and administrative operations of an MOE Junior College near Stevens MRT(TE11). The successful candidate will work closely with the Vice-Principal, Administrative Managers, Administrative Executive and School Leaders to ensure efficient school operations and provide excellent service to students, parents, staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & Front Desk Management
● Attend enquiries and requests from internal and external clients in a professional and timely manner.
● Manage the receipt, collection, distribution and deposit of documents, articles and other items to and from the office.
● Maintain the front desk area in a neat, presentable and ready-to- use condition.
2. General Administrative Support
● Provide document maintenance and filing support
● Manage stationery inventory, including stock monitoring, replenishment and distribution
● Assist with routine HR administrative tasks
● Perform data entry, updating of records and basic administrative tracking
● Manage pantry supplies, including stock monitoring and replenishment.
● Provide administrative and logistical support for organisational events, meetings and activities
● Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of other assigned areas
● Assist the senior and middle management with ad hoc administrative tasks
● Perform any other duties assigned to support the smooth running of the office.
Requirements
● GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent.
● Proficient in the following software applications
● Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
● Google Mail
● web browsers like Chrome, MS Edge
● Proficient in English (Oral and Written)
● Preferably at least three (3) years of relevant experience in administration and front desk support, and preferably in a school environment.
Employment Details
Contract Period: From 1 September 2026 – 31 August 2027
(a) Mondays to Thursdays: 9.5 hours per day, inclusive of 1 hour lunch.
Working hours will be between 7am and 6pm, subjected to negotiation with the appointed personnel.
(b) Fridays: 9 hours, inclusive of 1 hour lunch. Working hours will be between 7am and 6pm, subjected to negotiation with the appointed personnel.
(c) Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
