Field Engineer (Pharmaceutical Projects)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide on-site engineering support for pharmaceutical equipment and systems, including installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Support IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities and ensure all site works comply with GMP, engineering, and safety requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during project execution and commissioning to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to support site activities and project progress.
• Prepare technical documentation, site reports, commissioning records, and support preventive maintenance and system optimization.

• Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or its equivalent.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements, equipment installation, utilities, process systems, and commissioning activities.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on project sites and travel when required.
