Job Description

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and plans for building works.
  • Plan and sequence construction operations according to master and detailed work programs, considering project costing.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of project plans.
  • Monitor progress analysis and identify critical activities to Project Manager.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues or delays.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and mentor Planning Engineers
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry, specifically building works.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
