Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers professionally and courteously.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and after-sales matters.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and stock replenishment.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with good communication skills.
• Passion for sales and customer service.
• Responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
• Retail sales experience is an advantage, but applicants without experience are welcome as training will be provided.
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays according to roster.
• Basic computer skills.
