- Operations & Supply Chain
- Lead daily operations across procurement, order management, billing, inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
- Ensure timely procurement, order fulfilment, and delivery while maintaining high service levels.
- Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock availability while minimizing excess, ageing, obsolescence, write-offs, and inventory holding costs.
- Prepare and present monthly inventory reports and analysis to management, including inventory ageing, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, provisions, write-offs, inventory turnover, and recommendations to improve inventory health
- Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP/system enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and scalability.
- Develop, implement, and standardize operational policies, SOPs, and best practices across regional subsidiaries to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Support the rollout of Group initiatives, systems, and operational policies across regional offices, monitor adoption, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Customer Service to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies and improve collection efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
- Lead internal/external audits: WSH & GDPMDS standards
- Lead, coach, and develop the Operations & Supply Chain team to build a high-performance culture.
- Set departmental objectives, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centric thinking within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in operations, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or distribution industry is preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and operational process improvement initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using AI tools and digital technologies to improve productivity, reporting, or operational processes will be an added advantage.
