Software Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for managing enterprise Microsoft cloud infrastructure services with a focus on endpoint management and security solutions. The role encompasses Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, device lifecycle management, Zero Trust security, conditional access, identity governance, and cloud-based endpoint administration across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID solutions for enterprise environments.

· Manage modern endpoint environments through Microsoft Intune

· Develop and maintain device compliance, configuration, security, and application deployment policies.

· Implement Zero Trust security architectures leveraging Entra ID, Intune, and MTD technologies.

· Configure and support iOS, and Android device management solutions.

· Design and support hybrid identity integrations between on-premises infrastructure and Entra

· Implement identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and access review processes.

· Automate cloud administration tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and scripting technologies.

· Monitor platform health, security posture, and compliance using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, MTD, and security reporting tools.

· Support cloud transformation initiatives and modern workplace migrations.

· Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver secure cloud services.

· Be on the ground to ensure that all incidents are fulfilled within SLA.

· Resolved all incidents assigned within SLA with quality and completeness.

· Monitor the health of system/network devices and ensure that all resources issues resolved.

· Ensure all system/network devices are brought online in the shortage possible time to meet SLA.

· Perform hardening benchmarks adhering to defined procedure and checklist. Maintain the infrastructure in such a way that it is secure against unauthorized access.

· Deploy and deliver the project deliverables as stated in the project scopes extracted from the proposal/contract.

· Implement changes through Change Management Process on system components. Ensure change impact is evaluated, contingency plan and test plans are created to support the change request.

· Work with principal hardware or software vendors to resolve problems and implement new technologies.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

· 5+ years in infrastructure or cloud engineering.

· Experience managing enterprise environments with 1,000+ endpoints.

· Experience deploying and administering Intune in production environments.

· Experience implementing Conditional Access and Zero Trust security.

· Experience migrating devices from traditional management (SCCM/Group Policy) to cloud management through Intune.

· Microsoft Certified would be beneficial
