JOB DESCRIPTION

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate Lorry/Van to transport goods across specified routes.
• Loading and Unloading: Participate in and assist with the loading(including handling goods from -25°C cold room), securing, and unloading of cargo to prevent damage during transit.
• Route Planning: Plan the most efficient delivery routes by actively monitoring traffic conditions, road closures, and weather forecasts.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, perform minor roadside repairs, and schedule regular servicing appointments.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate travel logs, track mileage, and collect verified delivery receipts or customer signatures.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to local traffic laws, speed limits, and company safety regulations at all times.
• Able to Multi-tasks and work under pressure

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Class 3 driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 5 years of Lorry/ Van driving experience and delivery experience.
• Exceptional time management, strong communication skills, and a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Physically fit
• Able to sit for extended periods, bend, and lift/carry objects up to 25 - 45 Kg
• Able to work long hours, weekend and public holiday
• Able to work night shift
• Able to work in cold Environment (in/out -25° cold room)
