1. Bachelor degree or above on Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Related

2. 2~4 years of experience in maintaining analytical instruments or semiconductor equipment is preferred.

3. Able to read electronic drawings, technical manual in English.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with MS office proficiency.

5. Able to travel both domestically and internationally on short notice

6. Can provide remote or on-site support after work hours and on holidays, depending on your customers' needs.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of current installed base of XRF, XRD in APAC

2. Troubleshoot, diagnose customer problems, and coordinates appropriate corrective action directly.

3. Conform always to MalvernPanalytical and customer’s safety, cleanliness, and working protocol policies to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

4. Ensure that guidelines and standards of work expected by Malvern Panalytical are understood and met. Carry out preventative maintenance activities to installed base as per factory guidelines.

5. Provide Service Support and basic training after installation.

6. General Service administration activities and report submission.

7. Responsible for proper spare part handling per internal procedure

This engineer will also support other SEMI products i.e. MRD’s & Wafer Analysers in APAC.
