Senior Chinese Cuisine cook

We are looking for a experienced Chinese Cuisine cook who is experinenced and able to make and cook high quality of Chinese and local Traditional Chinese cuisines.

- At least 5 years of experience as Head Chef locally or internationally.

- Has the kitchen management skills.

- Able to Study recipes, set up, designing of new menus.

- Able to Create new Cuisine that the customer requested.

- Able to Make Inventory and costing management report to the general manager.

- Need Take care of the hygiene of the restaurant and work place.

- Willing to share and train the junior cooks about the cooking skill.

- Hardworking and will to work till night.
