Software Implementation Consultant (Hospitality, Hybrid, Maternity Cover)

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects for hospitality clients.

• Understand customers' operational workflows and recommend suitable system solutions.

• Configure and deploy workforce management software to meet business requirements.

• Conduct engaging training sessions for hotel employees, managers, and stakeholders.

• Support customers throughout implementation, system go-live, and post-implementation activities.

• Perform regular customer reviews to monitor system adoption and identify improvement opportunities.

• Escalate potential customer risks and collaborate with internal Account Management teams.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and adhere to implementation processes and service standards.

• Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations to enhance future product development.
