Operations Executive

Job description

1. Basic understanding of vehicle makes and models.

2. Timely vehicle handover and collection.

3. Ability to perform simple vehicle checks (engine oil, coolant, tyre pressure, battery condition, and lights).

4. Accurate operational records and documentation.

5. Prompt resolution of operational issues.

6. Ability to identify common vehicle issues and report them accurately.

7. Familiarity with both petrol, diesel, hybrid, and electric vehicles (EVs) is an advantage.

8. Able to conduct vehicle handovers and explain basic vehicle functions to customers.

9. Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
