Duties include but not limited to:

• ave a good understanding in creating and manage project schedules and timelines for various projects
A
• ble to oversee the entire production process from start to finish, including pre-production, storyboarding, asset creation, animation, post-production, and delivery
A
• ble to assemble a team of highly skilled artists based on project’s requirements and delegate roles accordingly

• ave a good understanding in creating a brief for the production team based on sales meeting notes
A
• ble to be the liaison between the client and the production team, keeping both parties updated on the status of the project and addressing any concerns that may arise W
  • ork with clients T
    • o understand their vision, objectives, needs and wants and convey their feedback to the production team

    • nsure that they are satisfied with the project’s progress at all times.

  • ork with the production team to understand their capabilities and limitations

• ollaborate with P
  • roject heads to ensure the project meets client’s expectation

  • roduction team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• oordinate with the Creative Director or project head to obtain their feedback, and ensure that all animation sequences align with the Creative Director’s or client’s vision

• rchival of completed projects

• repare creative presentations/decks

• anaging vendors and freelancers to ensure that they deliver high-quality work in a timely manner

• ble to maintain positive and professional relationships with clients, vendors, and all members of the creative and production team
A
• ssist Directors & HR and Operations Team in other areas where necessary
