Night Club Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Nightclub Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our licensed pub and nightclub. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business operations, supervising staff, coordinating entertainment programmes and events, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations, maintaining high customer service standards, managing budgets and inventory, and driving business growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, or F&B industry.

Proven experience in managing nightclub or pub operations.

Strong leadership, operational planning, and people management skills.

Good knowledge of customer service, event coordination, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub and nightclub.

Lead and supervise operational staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Plan and oversee entertainment programmes, promotional events, and daily operations.

Monitor sales, budgets, inventory, and operational performance.

Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment, liquor licensing, and public entertainment regulations.

Handle customer relations, resolve operational issues, and support business growth initiatives.
