Wunderfolks is Singapore's local cafe and pastry brand with outlets in Kaki Bukit, Bugis, and Jalan Besar. We seek team members passionate about cafe operations and delivering excellent service.

Job Summary

Join Wunderfolks to manage or support daily cafe operations, prepare beverages, serve customers, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cafe operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Prepare coffee and beverages accurately following standard recipes to maintain quality
• Serve customers promptly and courteously to enhance their cafe experience
• Clean tables and chairs to maintain a tidy dining area for customers
• Operate dishwasher to wash dishes efficiently and maintain hygiene standards
• Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of the cafe outlet to meet health and safety standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience for Cafe Manager role
• Relevant experience preferred for Barista and Service Crew roles
• Positive attitude and strong interest in cafe operations

Other Information

• Training provided for new staff
• Work schedule: 5 or 5.5 days per week
• Salary packages vary based on days worked: Cafe Manager from $2600; Barista and Service Crew from $2200
