Operations Coordinator (Vending Machine Operations)

Frostie Pte. Ltd. operates automated soft serve vending machines across Singapore. We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support the daily servicing, replenishment, maintenance and smooth operation of our machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine machine servicing, cleaning, sanitising and operational checks.
• Replenish ingredients, cups, toppings and other consumables.
• Transport stock, cleaning supplies and equipment between locations.
• Assist with machine setup, deployment and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow servicing schedules and maintain accurate service and stock records.
• Respond to operational issues when required.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and customers.

Requirements

• Comfortable performing hands-on work and travelling between locations.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
• Possess a valid motorcycle licence.
• Have regular access to a motorcycle suitable for carrying work supplies.
• Able to safely carry and transport stock and consumables.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and mobile applications for work reporting.
• Experience in vending operations, F&B, delivery, servicing or maintenance is an advantage.
• Applicants without relevant experience may apply, as training will be provided.
