Responsibilities
- Manage incoming/outgoing includes receiving, storage & distribution of products & inventory records.
- Coordinate between admin and operation staff. Provide customer service support via phone and email.
- Prepare shipping documents andimport/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place.
- Monitor and ensure shipments beingcleared and delivered as prescribed.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are metfor all incoming and outgoing activities.
- Coordinate with supervisor for warehouseactivities.
- Collaborate with other departments tofulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Computer Literate with 1 year working experience in warehouse environment
