SPORTS & RECREATION OPERATIONS - AA

Our client is seeking a Sports & Recreation Operations team member to support the daily operations, safety and upkeep of its sports and recreation facilities. The role also involves supporting events, assisting members and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all.

Working Hours: 5-day work week, shift-based

• AM Shift: 7:00am – 2:30pm
• PM Shift: 2:30pm – 10:00pm
• Must be able to work weekends and Public Holiday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support daily operations, cleanliness, safety and upkeep of sports and recreation facilities, equipment and surrounding areas.
• Monitor facility usage and conduct membership verification checks.
• Ensure compliance with Club rules, policies and safety requirements.
• Assist in planning and conducting sports tournaments, swimming competitions, recreational activities and Club events.
• Attend to members’ enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and vendors on maintenance, repairs and upgrading works.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and First Aid/AED checks.
• Support emergency preparedness and workplace safety initiatives.
• Maintain inventory records, equipment, assets, operational documentation and key control.

REQUIREMENTS

• GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Sports Management, Sports Science or related discipline.
• Relevant certifications in personal training, fitness instruction, sports coaching, First Aid, CPR or AED are advantageous.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
