Production Supervisor | Manufacturing | North

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to ensure a competent and motivated production team
• Oversee daily production operations including procurement, inventory, stock control, and work scheduling
• Manage the full end-to-end manufacturing process from material purchase and issuance through to warehouse handover
• Perform routine cleaning and troubleshooting of production machinery to minimise downtime
• Create, update, and maintain accurate records within the SAP system
• Ensure ISO documentation is consistently updated, recorded, and maintained
• Support internal and external audit processes and ensure all documentation is audit-ready
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to keep production on track and on schedule
• Undertake any additional tasks as directed by Management

• Diploma qualification; Chemical Engineering or Chemistry background is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience
• Independent, objective, and operates with strong integrity
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
• Strong communication skills with ability to train and coach team members
