Design Executive

- Plan, organize and control Design operations to ensure efficient delegation of duties and responsibilities.
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Assist in tender preparations & technical submissions
- Liaise with client's representives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
- Prepare drawings for Authorities submission and approval
- Provide advises to the project staffs for the details on the operations process and the material wastages control
- Ensure designed quality of works is achieved and regulatory requirement are complied with.
