- Process and print online orders from e-commerce platforms

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch

- Handle inbound and outbound goods, including stock receiving and checking

- Plan and optimize delivery routes using navigation and logistics apps

- Coordinate with drivers or delivery partners to ensure timely deliveries

- Manage returns and exchanges from online platforms

- Update order status and inventory records as required

- Ensure packing standards and quality control are met

- Support daily warehouse and e-commerce operations

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Work closely with team members to meet operational deadlines

- Be agile, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Locations

• 4 Defu South Street 1 10 (5.5 days work week Mon - Fri 9 - 6pm, Sat 9-2pm)
