Workstream Project Manager

We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to hire a Workstream Project Manager to support a large-scale business transformation programme. This role is ideal for an experienced project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and has a strong track record of driving project execution from planning through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day execution of assigned project workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with programme objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to drive progress and resolve delivery challenges.
• Monitor dependencies across workstreams, identify potential risks, and escalate critical issues when required.
• Prepare project updates, dashboards, executive summaries, and governance materials for management reporting.
• Facilitate project meetings, working groups, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
• Support change management activities, including impact assessments, documentation, and governance approvals.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, PMO, or Programme Delivery roles.
• Proven experience managing workstreams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex initiatives.
• Strong project planning, tracking, reporting, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes across teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation, business change, or strategic initiatives.
• Prior PMO experience is advantageous.
• Banking or financial services experience is preferred but not mandatory.
