About the Role
Our client, a dynamic entertainment company expanding its footprint in Southeast Asia, is establishing a Singapore office as a central regional hub. They bring top‑tier Chinese pop concerts and regional live events to Singapore and are seeking a versatile, driven, and resourceful Executive Assistant (Admin & Operations) to support the Director in building regional operations from the ground up.
This role offers an incredible vantage point into the live entertainment industry, blending administrative governance, regional setup management, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Office & Hub Setup: Coordinate the end‑to‑end setup and daily administrative operations of the new Singapore regional office.
- Executive Assistance: Provide high‑level personal assistant and administrative support to the Director, including scheduling, travel coordination, and document management.
- Operations & Logistics: Support the planning and execution of concert logistics, vendor management, and local operational workflows for incoming performances.
- Cross‑Border Communication: Liaise smoothly between the Singapore office and China‑based partners, artist management, and internal teams.
- Marketing Support: Assist with local marketing initiatives, promotional activities, and venue coordination as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Education & Experience: Degree or Diploma holders welcome. Fresh graduates with strong interest in live events, marketing, or operations management are encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Business fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with China‑based stakeholders, artists, and regional project partners.
- Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with a self‑starter mindset suitable for a hub startup environment.
- Tech‑Savvy: Proficient with standard office tools and collaboration software for remote/hybrid workflows.
