Senior/ Manager - Business Excellence(ISO / BPR)

Join a dynamic team as a Senior Manager specializing in Continuous Improvement and Business Process Re-engineering. Drive operational excellence and enhance productivity through strategic coaching and transformational projects.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) by implementing Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, and Change Management across supported business units.

• Facilitate business process re-engineering and job redesign initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with various teams to achieve business objectives by equipping colleagues with skills to improve daily operations, incorporating technology, automation, and digitalization.

• Analyze current business processes within warehouse operations to evaluate costs and benefits.

• Coach and mentor Lean Six Sigma practitioners to enhance their skills.

• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure projects are completed on budget and on schedule while identifying improvement opportunities in business processes and systems.

• Recommend innovative approaches to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

• Black Belt certification with demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Business Process Re-engineering methodologies.

• Strong skills in Business Process Re-engineering and organizational/job redesign.

• Trained in Project Management (Prince 2, PMP, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of ISO Accreditation and Certification standards.

• Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and sustainability practices.
