Plan, create, and edit engaging learning videos, e-learning content, and digital training materials.
Utilize AI-powered content creation tools such as Synthesia and other emerging technologies to develop learning content efficiently.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business units to understand training needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
Coordinate the end-to-end production of training videos, including scripting, storyboarding, recording, editing, and publishing.
Design visually appealing learning materials, presentations, job aids, and microlearning content.
Ensure learning content aligns with organizational branding, learning objectives, and quality standards.
Research and recommend innovative learning technologies and AI tools to enhance learner engagement.
Manage multiple content development projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Support the administration and maintenance of learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS), where applicable.
Monitor learner feedback and recommend continuous improvements to digital learning content.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in learning content creation, multimedia production, or digital learning is preferred.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered video creation platforms such as Synthesia or similar tools.
Familiarity with AI content creation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, Adobe Express AI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative learning ideas.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Curious, adaptable, and eager to explore new technologies and AI solutions for learning.
