Procurement Specialist - Nvidia GPU

About the Role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to drive the procurement strategy and supplier management for our AI infrastructure, including servers and GPU resources. In this role, you will ensure stable and scalable supply for business growth, optimize cost structures, and collaborate closely with business, engineering, and finance teams to support critical AI projects and decision-making.

This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly affect the efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of our AI compute resources.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies and frameworks for servers, GPUs, and AI infrastructure to ensure stable supply and efficient delivery for business scaling.
2. Build and continuously optimize the supplier management system, lead key supplier onboarding, evaluation, and classification, enhancing overall supply capacity and risk resilience.
3. Monitor market dynamics and business demand to drive procurement strategy execution, continuously optimizing cost structures and resource allocation efficiency.
4. Collaborate closely with business, technical, and finance teams to support compute resource planning, project delivery, and critical resource decisions.
5. Establish procurement data analysis and review mechanisms, document processes and best practices, and continuously improve procurement operations.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in server/GPU compute or AI infrastructure procurement, with experience in large-scale or complex procurement projects preferred.
2. Proven experience in supplier management and business negotiation, capable of leading critical partnerships and complex deal structures.
3. Strong understanding of GPU compute markets and supply chains, with the ability to define and execute procurement strategies in uncertain environments.
4. Strong cross-team collaboration and business acumen, capable of supporting complex projects from planning to execution.
5. Data-driven mindset with strong cost awareness, able to optimize decisions based on analysis.
6. Proficient in English (written and spoken); experience liaising with international suppliers is a plus.
