Class 3 Driver

FB Logistics Pte. Ltd. is seeking responsible and reliable Class 3 Drivers to support our logistics operations across Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform islandwide collection and delivery of e-commerce parcels for assigned delivery routes.
• Load, transport, and unload parcels safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all assigned parcels are delivered within the stipulated service level agreements (SLAs) and operational timelines.
• Plan and optimise delivery routes to maximise productivity while maintaining delivery quality.
• Accurately scan, update, and record parcel statuses using company-approved mobile applications and handheld devices.
• Obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) for all successful deliveries.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery arrangements when necessary.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the assigned vehicle is maintained in a clean and roadworthy condition.
• Report delivery exceptions, traffic incidents, damaged parcels, or vehicle defects promptly to the Operations Team.
• Comply with all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workplace safety requirements, and Singapore traffic regulations.
• Support operational requirements during peak campaign periods and other business needs as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• At least 2 years of driving or delivery experience is preferred. Candidates without relevant experience but with a positive learning attitude are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and the use of GPS navigation applications.
• Physically fit and able to carry and handle goods where required.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in logistics, courier, or delivery operations.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting delivery schedules.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications used for delivery operations.
