Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of system-related projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, and translate them into effective solution recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to evaluate proposed solutions, ensuring they meet business needs, technical requirements, and organisational objectives.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and quality standards to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues proactively, while recommending appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed deliverables.
- Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working closely with stakeholders to ensure testing is completed within agreed timelines and business requirements are met.
- Support system operations and work with the Head, Projects and Systems to ensure business applications remain stable, effective, and aligned with operational needs, including handling ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Computer related studies or Information Technology
- 3 to 5 years of working experiences in managing application development
