Account/ Finance Manager #Kallang #NKC

• Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and Bank Reconciliation
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, GST regulations and statutory requirements
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls
• Lead, coach and develop the finance team
• Support management with financial analysis and business planning
• Participate in ERP implementation, process improvements and finance projects
• Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by management
