Position: Urban Farm Operator

Work Schedule

5.5-day work week (Excluding Public holidays)

Monday to Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm

Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm

Position Overview

We are looking for reliable, hands-on, andmotivated individuals to support daily operations in our advanced indoorgreenhouse facility. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy practicalwork, operating equipment, and working in a technology-driven environment.

No prior farming experience is required —training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude andwillingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor greenhouse systems and farming equipment,including irrigation and climate control systems
• Carry out routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor operational issues and report technical problems when necessary
• Support planting, crop maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest handling activities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the greenhouse facility
• Assist with sorting, packing, and preparation of produce for distribution
• Follow workplace safety procedures and proper equipment handling practices
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily farm operations

Requirements

• Minimum ITE qualification or equivalent
• Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only
