BIM Coordinator

Coordinate and manage BIM model activities for Architectural, Civil & Structural projects, including clash detection, model verification, and documentation preparation. Support BIM coordination meetings and resolve project issues to ensure smooth project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to align BIM model development and project requirements.
• Conduct clash detection on BIM models and generate detailed reports to identify and resolve conflicts.
• Prepare BIM models for documentation, constructability studies, and on-site field usage to support project execution.
• Check and verify BIM models and drawings for accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Assist BIM and project teams by facilitating coordination meetings and resolving BIM-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate the BIM model creation and VDC methodologies implementation throughout the project design to construction and as-built stage.
• Maintain and update VDC execution plans and support project team on all VDC and IDD related matters.
• Coordinate construction sequencing and scheduling activities and ensuring integration with construction BIM models.
• Coordinate with the Consultants to document and update design changes in a timely manner.
• Assist project team on VDC/IDD project setup, creating Revit families in response to project needs and resolve any BIM design issues. Coordinate updates of construction BIM models and/or as-built BIM models.
• Attend technical meetings and progress meeting with the consultant and HDB.
• Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally. Validate level of detail, modelling content and quality control.
