Podiatry Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Podiatry Manager to be based at our headquarters, supporting clinic operations, training, and clinical standards across our practice. This is a non-clinical role with no patient-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple clinics from HQ
• Develop and implement structured training programmes for podiatrists
• Standardise clinical protocols, workflows, and service quality
• Monitor team performance and ensure consistency in clinical standards
• Support onboarding, mentoring, and continuous development of podiatrists
• Work closely with management on operational improvements and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Qualified podiatrist with prior clinical experience
• (Optional) Managerial experience in a podiatry clinic/practice
• Strong understanding of podiatry clinical workflows and standards
• Proven experience in team leadership, training, or operations
• Highly organised with the ability to design and implement training structures
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
