Supply Chain Operations Executive (MNC / Hardware) [EL]

Job Summary

Support demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain operations to ensure product availability and business objectives are met. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain accurate forecasts, optimize inventory levels, and facilitate procurement and order fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand planning and forecasting activities with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze sales trends and prepare accurate forecast submissions.
• Maintain forecasting and procurement data in ERP systems.
• Monitor inventory performance, Days of Supply (DOS), forecast accuracy, and slow-moving inventory.
• Track inventory levels and implement actions to maintain optimal stock availability.
• Process purchase orders, procurement transactions, and pricing updates in SAP.
• Manage product pricing records and coordinate pricing approvals and revisions.
• Support weekly shipping schedules and delivery coordination.
• Allocate inventory based on forecasts, business priorities, and customer requirements.
• Respond promptly to stock allocation requests and supply-related enquiries.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support operational decisions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, or procurement.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
• Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
