Clinic Assistant

Specialist clinic based in Farrer Park Hospital. 5.5 working days per week with no night shift. Be assured of a friendly working environment and great staff support. Annual leaves, medical benefit provided. Yearly bonus depend on your performance.

Job Description

• Chaperone and assist doctors in clinic daily operations.
• Support front counter duties (registration, answering general phone enquiries)
• Schedule appointments
• Cashering duties (collect payment, submit insurance claims, apply for letter of guarantee and pre-authorisation).
• Dispense medications.
• Maintain inventory level and stock takes if requested.
• Assist in ordering tests for patients.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level
• Able to communicate fluently with our English and Chinese speaking patients.
• Cheerful and able to work independently
• Comfortable with using computer.
• Relevant work experience in clinic will be an advantage. However, job training will be provided.
