Waiter/Waitress

- Taking orders: Accurately taking food and drink orders from customers.

- Serving food and beverages: Delivering orders to customers in a timely manner.

- Providing excellent customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.

- Managing tables: Assigning tables, tracking orders, and ensuring efficient service.

- Handling payments: Processing payments, handling cash and credit transactions, and managing tips.

- Maintaining a clean environment: Ensuring the dining area is clean and well-maintained.

- Maintaining a high-quality standard of work in accordance with supervisor’s instructions

- Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements :-

- Minimum one (1) year working experience

- English and Mandarin proficiency

- Pleasant and charming disposition with a strong service-attitude

- Experience working with Japanese Cuisines is an advantage

- Able to work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays (5.5 day work week)
