1. Field Service Engineer (Medical Product) /Entry Level /Up to $3,600 @Harbourfront

• Provide technical support in installation, testing, commissioning, repair, troubleshooting & maintenance.
• Learn and familiar with Neurology product such as EEG, EMG, MEB.
• Support customers' service, issues & projects activities, and ensure proper records are maintained.
• Provide customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
• Provide training and presentation to customers & distributors on equipment operation/maintenance.
• Providing accurate information to customer’s technical service enquiries at all times.
• Analyze and provide advice for customers’ equipment status & recommended replacement schedules.
• Drive growth in business/contract sales and collaborate with sales team to fulfill customer requirements.
• Diploma in Biomedical/Engineering with related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic Knowledge in IT such as networking/Windows server/Active directory.
• Able to standby duty after office hrs.
