Driver ( Manufacturing)

The Factory Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of products from the central kitchen/factory to company outlets and customers. The role also supports loading and unloading, stock movement, basic warehouse duties, and ensures compliance with food safety, hygiene, and traffic regulations.
Delivery Operations
- Deliver products to company outlets, customers, and suppliers according to the daily delivery schedule.
- Ensure all products are delivered accurately, safely, and on time.
- Verify delivery quantities against Delivery Orders (DO) before dispatch.
- Obtain customer acknowledgement and return all signed delivery documents.
Loading & Warehouse Support
- Load and unload goods safely.
- Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery.
- Transfer raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products within the factory when required.
- Assist with stock arrangement and inventory movement.
Vehicle Maintenance
- Perform daily vehicle inspection before use (fuel, tyres, lights, brakes, cleanliness).
- Keep company vehicle clean and in good operating condition.
- Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately.
Compliance & Safety
- Comply with Singapore traffic regulations and company driving policies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards during transportation.
- Ensure products are transported under the required temperature conditions.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate delivery records and mileage logs.
- Collect payments or documents when required and submit them promptly.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence
- At least 2 year of delivery driving experience preferred.
- Familiar with Singapore roads and routes.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in the food manufacturing or F&B industry is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Work in a food manufacturing / central kitchen environment.
- May be required to work weekends or public holidays when operationally required.
- Frequent loading, unloading, and manual handling of goods.
