About the Role

Greenlane is hiring on behalf of our esteemed banking client for a Relationship Manager role within the Commodity & Structured Trade Finance Department. This exciting opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about corporate banking, trade finance, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of existing corporate clients within the commodity structured trade finance space.
  • Identify and onboard new clients by structuring credit facilities, conducting credit assessments, cash flow forecasting, and preparing loan documentation.
  • Perform comprehensive KYC reviews, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial statements and credit risk, preparing detailed credit reports to support lending decisions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues swiftly to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams locally and in overseas branches to achieve business objectives and deliver seamless client service.
  • Execute additional projects or duties as assigned by the Head of Department or senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing corporate banking relationships, preferably with exposure to trade finance or commodity sectors.
  • Strong credit analysis and credit writing skills with a solid understanding of structured trade finance products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
