Accounts Executive (East/ Full sets/ Immediate)

Job Scope

· Perform daily accounting data entry, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), General Journal (GJ), cash, bank, stock, and sales and purchase transactions, ensuring accuracy before posting to the accounts.

· Prepare and generate monthly and year-end Profit & Loss reports.

· Process local and overseas payments, including preparing payment vouchers and maintaining petty cash records.

· Prepare GST-related schedules and submissions on a quarterly basis.

· Calculate and process agent commissions for eligible sales orders, prepare monthly commission accruals, process commission payments, and issue agent statements.

· Perform intercompany reconciliation for payables and receivables with the Japan office, prepare supporting schedules, and process intercompany payments.

· Prepare and maintain fixed asset schedules, audit schedules, and provide support for audit and income tax queries.

· Prepare and monitor daily cash flow forecasts.

· Update weekly foreign exchange rates in the accounting system.

· Issue debit notes and credit notes as required.

· Handle general administrative duties, including answering phone calls and maintaining proper filing of accounting documents.

· Prepare total expense schedules and staff payments for the Indonesia operations.

· Liaise with the Indonesia accounting service provider, prepare payments, and record monthly and year-end journal entries for the Indonesia entity.

· Prepare weekly customer payment collection reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.

· Prepare and issue monthly customer statements of account.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree holder in accounting or related discipline

· At least 1-2 years of full sets accounts experience

· Can-do attitude and able to work independently

· Immediate or short notice is an advantage
