Working Hours
7.00 am – 4.00 pm
(Occasional weekends and after-office-hour support for school events)
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain school Public Address (PA) systems
- Support school events and assemblies
- Set up and operate Audio Visual equipment
- Manage live streaming using YouTube Live and Facebook Live
- Maintain projectors and classroom AV equipment
- Train and supervise student AV teams
- Coordinate with AV vendors
- Troubleshoot AV and basic ICT issues
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Support video conferencing and examinations
- Basic video editing
- Assist with procurement and inventory of AV equipment
- Perform other duties assigned by the HOD (ICT)
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Audio Visual / Media / Multimedia / ICT
- Minimum 1 year AV experience
- Minimum 1 year broadcasting or livestream experience
- School environment experience preferred
- Familiar with YouTube Live and Facebook Live
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of projectors, PA systems and AV equipment
- Team player with good communication skills
