Bumping Equipment Manager

About the role
To lead and oversee all equipment engineering and utility infrastructure operations across Bumping, MEOL, and CoW for Adv. PKG development lines. To ensure maximum tool availability (OEE), process stability, and utility reliability by directing line equipment engineers, managing vendor partnerships, and driving continuous equipment performance optimization in alignment with operational goal.

Yield Failure Analysis (FA) & Cross-Functional Collaboration
About you
Bachelor's degree in relevant Engineering fields with 15+ years of experience, OR Diploma in relevant Engineering fields with 15+ years of hands-on Bumping equipment experience
R&D or mass production experience of at least four years in semiconductor Bumping line equipment engineering (e.g., Plating, Coater/Developer, PVD/Sputter, Reflow, Etch/Strip)
Hands-on experience in equipment setup, hook-up qualification, preventive maintenance (PM), and rapid troubleshooting
Solid technical understanding of Bumping process flows, equipment-utility interfaces (gases, chemicals, DI water, vacuum), and OEE optimization
Proven ability to analyze equipment-induced failure modes (FA) and collaborate with process engineers to improve production yield
Strong vendor management skills to coordinate with equipment/facility suppliers for technical support and spare parts management
Proficiency in technical documentation and reading/writing/presenting technical reports in English
