Management Trainee (E-Commerce & Marketing)

You are a highly passionate, detail-oriented, and technically savvy eCommerce Marketplace Specialist – Lazada, Shopee, and other platforms.

• Assist with account setup and ongoing optimization, including operating terms and product listings.
• Manage the day-to-day workflow and processes of weekly replenishment
• Track shipments and entrance tickets to resolve inventory discrepancies
• Monitor products, sellers, and pricing on e-marketplaces
• Work cross-functionally with all departments (including Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to address issues, ensure all systems are up to date and more
• Research and recommend third-party solutions to improve efficiency, functionality, and sales performance
• Interact with consumers via Q&A; review feedback to drive engagement and positive sentiment
• Make ongoing recommendations to improve processes and workflow
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation for website, e-Marketplaces, and MAP; train back-up resources, as needed
• Stay abreast of best practices for successful e-commerce branding, sales, and technology
• Design event promotion; seasonal promotion package

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, in Marketing/ART/ Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
• Knowledge in photo shooting, video editing, and creative thinking will be an added advantage
• Good learning attitude, independent as well as a team player
• Initiative to take on responsibilities and attention to details
• Meticulous, efficient, and able to work under deadlines and pressure
