Engineer – Final Test (EOL / Socket / Handler)

Responsibilities
- Investigate root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions
- Coordinate and support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and availability
- Perform equipment setup, conversion, installation, and commissioning to support production
- Plan, coordinate, and track maintenance activities, including routine servicing and repair works
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, maintenance, and operational procedures
- Promote good safety practices and housekeeping standards in the workplace
- Monitor equipment and facility performance data and establish appropriate control parameters
- Conduct technical presentations and communicate equipment-related issues and improvement activities to relevant stakeholders
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Develop and conduct on-the-job training and capability development programs
- Mentor team members and team leaders through coaching and capability development
- Support team leaders in developing business unit strategies and operational plans
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or Final Test is preferred
- Good problem-solving, analytical, communication skills
