Student Management Officer

$27–$30/hour

8-week contract | Immediate Start

3 days/week, Mon–Fri | 7 hours/day (excluding lunch)

Requirements

• Former uniformed service officer (e.g. Police Force, Singapore Prison Service).
• At least 3 years’ experience working with at-risk youths in educational, community or correctional settings preferred.
• Experience in investigations, student discipline and behaviour management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Passionate about mentoring and supporting youths.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage student discipline-related incidents.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain case documentation.
• Support behaviour management and restorative practices.
• Supervise recess detention, late-coming and dismissal operations.
• Conduct school and nearby-area patrols to monitor student behaviour.
• Work with the Student Management Team and School Leaders to support at-risk students.
• Promote a safe, positive and conducive school environment.

Contract: 8 weeks | Immediate Start
