ICT Support Staff

Salary: $3,000–$3,400/month

Contract: 1 year, with option to extend

Start: Jan 2027 |

End: Dec 2027

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in ICT support, multimedia or AV setup
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Passionate about technology and digital innovation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide ICT and AV support for classrooms, assemblies, exams and school events
• Set up and troubleshoot projectors, audio systems, laptops and digital displays
• Prepare and manage student devices such as laptops and iPads
• Support e-Examinations, e-Oral and digital assessments
• Create and edit photos, videos and multimedia presentations
• Capture photos/videos during school activities
• Assist with ICT asset inventory, maintenance and device deployment
• Support ICT initiatives and digital transformation projects
• Perform other ICT-related duties as assigned

Working Hours

• Mon–Thu: 7:00am–4:00pm
• Fri: 7:00am–3:30pm
• 30-minute lunch break included
• No service required on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted public holidays

Contract: 1 year with option to extend
