Job Summary

Lead and manage e-commerce sales of Korean hair salon products across Singapore and Malaysia on platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon, driving growth and market presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase sales of Korean hair salon products on Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon in Singapore and Malaysia
• Manage online product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and promotions to optimize customer engagement and conversion
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to maintain product availability and timely order fulfillment
• Monitor competitor activities and customer feedback to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction
• Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth transaction processes and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement digital campaigns that drive traffic and sales
• Report regularly on e-commerce performance metrics to senior management

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break

Work Location

• Thomson office, Singapore

Salary

• $9,000 basic plus commission
